Silly Circus Party Garland Kit

All the fun comes together with this special party pack including everything you need to create the perfect circus party garland & decorations.

All the decorations feature soft pastel hues of the palest pink, blue and orange and white, whilst the diamond pennants are yellow with a daisy like pattern and the cord to tie it all together a bright neon orange.

Each pack includes: half pinwheels, mini pinwheels/paper fans, honeycomb balls, letter pennants (spelling out Silly Circus), flag pennants, diamond pennants and a cord to tie it all together.
